Q: How can I get a quotation?

A: You can send the details of the product you need via email or contact us directly through WhatsApp. We will promptly communicate with you to confirm the product details and provide a quotation afterward.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Currently, there is no MOQ restriction for our air conditioners and chillers. However, a lower order quantity may result in higher shipping costs for the customer. To optimize cost-effectiveness, we recommend starting with a full container load.

Q: Can products be customized?

A: If customization is required, customers must provide detailed drawings and product specifications. After evaluation by our professional engineers, we will offer a customization plan and quotation.

Q: What trade terms and payment methods are supported?

A: We currently support FOB trade terms. For customers with over two years of cooperation, we can provide CIF or DDP terms. For new customers, we accept T/T payments or short-term letters of credit approved by us. The remaining balance must be paid by the buyer before container sealing upon shipment completion.

Q: Can I purchase sample units?

A: We can provide sample units at contract prices, but transportation costs must be covered by the buyer. In some cases, sample fees may be refunded in subsequent orders.

Q: How is the product deposit paid?

A: After confirming the purchase project, customers are required to pay a deposit within three days of signing the contract. For new customers, the deposit is 50%. After one year of cooperation, the deposit can be reduced to 30%. For specially customized products, a deposit of 60%-80% is required.

Q: How are R&D and mold fees for customized products charged?

A: For customized products, 50% of the R&D and mold fees must be paid upfront by the buyer. Once the customized product meets the buyer's requirements and is approved, the remaining 50% must be paid.
